After the initial consultation, we conduct a testing session looking at your movement patterns to understand if there are any imbalances or postural issues in the body. Any imbalances are addressed whilst developing comprehensive & personalised training programs which progress every 4 weeks to meet long & short-term goals.

Build is an all encompassing workout aimed to improve your overall health and fitness.
It combines high intensity and strength exercises to build your cardiovascular fitness and strength.
this session is for 14yrs+
Strong is a strength workout with an element of postural exercises.
The session includes resistance exercises to build strength, tone and improve posture. Each workout utilises a range of movement patterns to counter any imbalances in the body and recalibrate biomechanics.
Energy is a high intensity workout.
A combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises are used to burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Stretch, Mobilise and activate muscles to increase your range of motion. Improve posture to help movement in day to day life.
