Energy is a high intensity workout. A combination of body weight exercises and cardiovascular machines are used to burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness.
STRONG
Strong is a strength workout with an element of postural exercises. The class uses resistance exercises to build strength, tone and improve posture. Each class utilises a range of movement patterns to counter any imbalances in the body and re-calibrate biomechanics.
